The Aviators are holding Casting Calls on March 31st and April 1st from 5-7pm. Come in through our team store entrance located on Wallace Avenue. The various seasonal positions include:
- Ticket Operations (Ticket seller, taker, usher)
- Merchandise
- Fan Relations
- Cleaning & Maintenance
- Food & Beverage (cook, cashier, concessions, suite attendant, suite server)
- Flight Crew (On-field entertainment)

2022 Internships
Looking for hands on experience in the sports industry for college credit? Check out one of our many summer internships.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Make 40-60 cold calls per day
- Maintain fan relations through excellent customer service
- Market ticket packages to prospective fans for 2022 season, including season tickets, mini-plans, flex plans, and group outings
- Set up appointments with fans to discuss potential ticket package opportunities
- Provide excellent notes from conversations with fans on CRM system
- Learn and operate Aviators ticketing system efficiently and effectively
- Assist with needs of other departments, such as marketing/promotions, social media, community relations, stadium operations/event management, food and beverage/event hospitality, and more
- Opportunity to work through Summer 2022 in paid part-time position for 2022 Aviators season based on end-of-internship evaluation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Make 20-30 cold calls per day
- Maintain fan relations through excellent customer service
- Market ticket packages to prospective fans for 2022 season, including mini-plans, flex plans, and group outings
- Provide excellent notes from conversations with fans on CRM system
- Learn and operate Aviators ticketing system efficiently and effectively
- Assist in ticket office and front gate on game days in ticket sales/ticket taker roles
- Assist in other areas as needed
FILLED FOR THE 2022 SEASON!
- Graphic or video editing experience encouraged, or desire to learn.
- Assist with game day social media coverage
- Proactively interacts, engages, and communicates with fans across all social platforms
- Create, shoot, and edit content in real time across all social platforms (FB, Twitter, IG, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Assist Community Relations Staff with Day-to-Day community outreach
- Work outside marketing events as needed, and accompany Ace the Aviator on all mascot appearances
- Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating all community relation programs
- Assist with donations to nonprofits or schools for fundraising efforts
- Assist in execution (with the Flight Crew and EMCEE) of ALL in between inning activities
- Assist in creating and editing the game day script, videoboard production schedule, and promotions rundown
- Assist with creative planning and execution of game day promotions
- Ability to research promotional ideas
- Must be willing to hop in the mascot suit if needed.
- Ability to learn and operate the 3Play system on the Tricaster (replay system)
- Assist in adjusting and operating the High Home camera during games
- Graphic or video editing experience encouraged, or desire to learn.
- Assist in creating lower thirds and animated videos to use in game
- Willingness to learn how to produce a game from the Tricaster system
- Assisting with the PLTV Game Day Stream
- Assist with loading content into the Motion Rocket and Tricaster on a daily basis
- Provide post game highlights and interviews
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Assist in pre-game set-up and post-game tear-down/clean-up
- Assist with pre-game bag check for fans entering the stadium
- Assist with guest relations table on game-days
- Must be knowledgeable in all facets of game-day information, including but not limited to stadium policies, ticketing policies, and any other policies that affect stadium/event management
- Assist in cleaning duties post-game, including trash, recycling, seating bowl cleaning, bathroom cleaning, etc.
- Supervisory duties included in this internship
- Assist in other areas as needed
- Must be 21+
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Assist in management of concession stands, food and beverage portables, and party areas – including field level party area, indoor and outdoor suites
- Assist in ordering of food, beverage, and any other items needed to successfully run a Food and Beverage operation during an event
- Restaurant/hospitality/event management experience encouraged, or desire to learn
- Assist in scheduling of game day staff-based on expected attendance and budgets needed to adhere to
- Assist in securing non-profit groups tp help work in concession stands
- Supervisory duties included in this internship
- Assist in other areas as needed
Internships must be for college credit, and entail 30 hours per week.
