Sales Associate

  • Paid part-time position (January-August 2022)
  • 20 hours/week plus game days (increase in hours during season)
  • Opportunity for sales-based bonuses
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Make 30-40 cold calls per day
  • Maintain fan relations through excellent customer service
  • Market ticket packages to prospective fans for 2022 season, including season tickets, mini-plans, flex plans, and group outings
  • Market sponsorships to prospective businesses/organizations
  • Set up appointments with fans to discuss potential ticket package/sponsorship opportunities
  • Provide excellent notes from conversations with fans on CRM system

Mascot Performer (Part-Time)

  • Must be an energetic individual who works well with others and can engage with fans of all ages
  • Must be in strong physical condition to wear a multi-layer costume and perform for extended periods of time
  • Ideal person would be in or around the height range of 5’7” – 6’0”
  • Meet and greet fans, prior to, during, and after events
  • Maintain costume cleanliness and well-being
  • Create a fun and exciting experience for fans at every game and event
  • Take and follow direction from the Promotions Director and Marketing Manager
  • Assist in other areas as needed
