David enters his fourth season with the Lafayette Aviators as the President and General Manager. From the 2021 season to the 2023 season, he served as the General Manager for the Lafayette Aviators. During his time with the Aviators, David is responsible for all aspects of team operations. He is also the Vice President of the Prospect League and Aviators League Director. David acts as the liaison between the Aviators and the City of Lafayette. 

He graduated from the University of Missouri receiving a Bachelor’s Degree. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University in Miami, Flordia. David will be entering his 25th season in professional and collegiet sports. He has had stints in Major League Baseball, Minor League Baseball, Independent League Baseball, the National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, the United Soccer League, as well as working on the college football side of the business for ESPN. David began his career in 1999, as a ticket sales rep with the Detroit Tigers. He was a member of the front office staff for the World Champion Florida Marlins in 2003. Over the course of his career, David has had the unique privilege of helping build two brand new teams from the ground up (in 2005, with the Mesa Miners of the Golden Baseball League; and in 2016, with the New Britain Bees, of the Atlantic League).

David was born in Fair Lawn, New Jersey and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. In his spare time, David enjoys bodybuilding and became a professional bodybuilder in 2019. David resides in West Lafayette, with his wife, Andrea and their son, Shawn.

ALAINA ALBERICO

Director of Digital Marketing

Alaina enters her second season with the Lafayette Aviators as the Director of Digital Marketing. In the 2023 season, she served as the Social Media and Management Intern for the Lafayette Aviators. In this role, she played an integral role in developing and executing the social media campaigns that bolstered fan engagement and ticket sales. Alaina now handles our branding/marketing, social media accounts, and community outreach. 

She graduated from Columbia College Chicago majoring in Sports Marketing with a minor in Social Media and Digital Strategies. Alaina is poised to make a meaningful impact in the dynamic world of sports. Her specialized studies in Sports Marketing have equipped her with a deep understanding of the intersection between athletics and marketing, allowing her to develop innovative strategies tailored to the sports industry. Alaina’s minor in Social Media and Digital Strategies has provided her with a comprehensive skill set in navigating the ever-evolving world of online engagement. Her ability to harness the power of social media platforms, data analytics, and digital campaigns positions her as a tech-savvy marketer ready to adapt to the latest trends and technologies.

Alaina was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois but recently moved to the Lafayette area where she basically lives at the stadium. Outside of baseball, Alaina spends her spare time traveling.

DUSTIN ELLIOTT

DUSTIN ELLIOTT

Food and Beverage Manager

Dustin returns for his second full-time season with the Lafayette Aviators as the Food and Beverage Manager. In the 2022 season, he served in the same capacity for the Lafayette Aviators. Over his two full-time seasons with the Aviators, Dustin has overseen all aspects of the food and beverage department at Loeb Stadium.

He enters his 12th season in Sports Event Management. He began his career in 2011 at Purdue University in concessions event management. Dustin spent most of his time doing event setup/supervision of Purdue Athletics. Dustin also has experience with the Indianapolis Pacers, the Indianapolis 500, Indy Eleven Soccer, Indian Wells BNP Paribas Open, and various concerts in the Indiana area. With a passion for food and beverage that was passed down to him from his father, Dustin wants to enhance fan’s game day experience by providing unique food and beverage offerings.

Dustin was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana. He is a 2012 graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School. In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his mother and friends. It’s no surprise that Dustin enjoys cooking given his chosen profession, but he also likes comedy, sports, music and movies. He is a fan of the Purdue Boilermakers and Detroit Tigers. Dustin dreams of one day being a comedian – until then he will gladly provide you with a hot dog and an icy cold beverage.

Ciera Williams

Ciera Williams

Promotions and Entertainment Manager

Ciera begins her first season with the Lafayette Aviators as the Promotions and Entertainment Manager. In this role, she handles the on-field entertainment and the behind the scences audio/video production of a Lafayette Aviators home games. She also organizes the kids club program and youth clinic event. 

She graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks, Recration and Tourism with a Sports Management emphasis. Despite this being her first season in Lafayette, Ciera brings a wealth of knowledge with her, as she has worked in the sports industry since 2016. She has gained valuable experience working in the NBA, MLB, NHL and NCAA. She most recently spent time with the NBA’s Chicago Bulls, as well as working in Major League Baseball, with the Chicago White Sox.

Ciera was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Ciera is passionate about creating memorable experiences for all fans in attendance. When she isn’t at the ballfield, Ciera enjoys being a sports fan herself, traveling, and spending time with family. 

CHASE CULVER

CHASE CULVER

Senior Sales Associate

Chase enters his second season with the Lafayette Aviators as the Senior Sales Associate. In the 2023 season, he served as a Ticket Sales Associate for the Lafayette Aviators. Over his two seasons with the Aviators, Chase sells season tickets and group packages. 

He is currently a senior at Purdue University, where he is studying Selling and Sales Management. He also spent some time working for the Lake County Corn Dogs, a team based out of his hometown in Crown Point, Indiana. Chase takes his love of sports to a new level when it comes to ticket sales and providing for the Aviators’ faithful fans. He is an avid sports fan in many professional areas and continues to hope to evolve in the industry.

Chase’s hometown is Crown Point, Indiana. When Chase isn’t working for the team, he enjoys spending his time with friends and family and, of course, watching sports. He is a huge Chicago White Sox fan, and probably spends more time than he should attending and watching their games. Chase is looking forward to getting to know the fans better and help the Aviators do whatever is needed to make 2024 season a success for everyone involved.
