Group Tickets

All seats at Loeb Stadium are reserved and are $11.50 each. Groups of 10 or more can purchase tickets for only $8 each.

 

Group tickets can be purchased in one of two ways

Promo Code Option

  • Select a date and provide an estimated number of group attendees.
  • We will provide a unique code for you to distribute to your group members.
  • The promo code will allow your group members to select seats at a discounted rate.
  • At check out, group members will purchase their tickets for only $8 each.
  • Redeem your tickets on a mobile device at the stadium entrance.

Physical Ticket Option

  • Place a deposit of $100 to reserve a date and to hold seats.
  • Pay for your tickets one week prior to game date.
  • Printed tickets must be asked for and will be given upon availability.

Fundraisers

$4 from each ticket sold by your group is donated to your non-profit organization.

Here’s how it works:

  • Contact the Aviators office to select your game date.
  • Remit a payment of $100 to reserve your seats.
  • The Aviators will provide a promo code you can distribute to anyone who is interested in supporting your organization.
  • Also, on game night, your organization may participate in a marketing table on the stadium concourse and will be recognized on the stadium video board.

Exclusive Group Experiences

With a minimum purchase of 10 tickets, your group can receive an exclusive experience with the Aviators!

Opportunities are limited and available on a first come first served basis.

Video board recognition and public address announcements accompany all group experiences.

Bench Warmers

  • Members of your group can sit in the dugout and watch pre-game warm-ups from the players’ benches.
  • Available to a group outing of any size, however, only 10 participants are allowed on the field and in the dugout.

Color Guard

  • Take the field and present the colors during the National Anthem. 
  • The color guard participants are admitted to the Aviators game at no charge. Other attendees associated with the color guard receive the group rate of $8.

Dream Team

  • Your youth baseball or softball team takes the field with the Aviators and stands with the team during the National Anthem.
  • All attendees associated with the Dream Teams receive the group rate of $8.

First Pitch

  • A group member can start off the game by throwing out the first pitch.
  • *Based on availability* 

High Five Tunnel

  • Your group is on the field to create a human fan tunnel and high five the Aviators as they take the field.
  • *Based on availability* 

Junior PA Announcer

  • One member of your group can introduce the first three batters in the third inning.
  • *Based on availability* 

Bat Boy/Girl

  • One member of your group can hangout in the Aviators dugout for the duration of the game or for however long they would like to assist the coaches/umpires with bats, baseball, and waters. 

  • Bat Boy/Girl and their family and friends receive tickets at the group rate of $8.

Prime Time Performance

  • Calling all dance, cheer, and other creative acts. Come entertain our fans on the field during pregame.
  •  Performers and their family and friends receive tickets at the group rate of $8.
  • *Based on availability* 

Photo On The Field

  • Your group can come onto the field pre-game and take your photo on the field with a minimum of two Aviators players.
